Who links to my website?

Terms & Conditions

1.	Payment Currently we can accept online payments via Google Checkout, Nochex or Paypal or offline payments via cheque or postal order (UK only). We can also accept payment via bank transfer from UK buyers or IBAN transfer from European buyers. Please email enquiries@kingsbridgekaraoke.co.uk for details.
2.	Postage - UK Buyers Orders under £25.00 will be subject to a postage & packaging fee of £1.00, orders over £25.00 include free postage (this only applies to website or direct orders, not for eBay auction items). Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery at our discretion or as purchase price dictates. You will be notified which service is used at the time of despatch. Special Delivery is a guaranteed next working day service, First Class usually takes 1-3 working days, although Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times.
3.	Postage - non-UK Buyers Shipping & Handling fees are calculated according to the weight of the order and will be added at checkout before your payment is processed. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail. Air Mail usually takes around 7 working days for delivery, although Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times
4.	Cancellation Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 ("DSR"), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase(s) within 7 working days of delivery, items should be returned securely packaged and in their original condition to the address shown on the invoice. You will be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless they were delivered in error. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment where possible, or by cheque made out to the buyer. This right to cancel does not apply to un-sealed audio or video recordings or computer software. Please notify us in advance if you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
5.	Returns If an item is found to be defective on receipt, please notify us and return it within 7 working days. We will either send a replacement or refund where no replacement is available.
6.	International buyers All items are sent from the UK and will, where required, include a customs form declaring the purchase price. You are responsible for any import tax or customs duties which may be payable.
