Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment - We currently accept payment Via PayPal. We can also accept Bank Transfers but for this you will need to contact us and place your order Via email.
  2. Shipping - We ship to the United Kingdom, most parts of Europe, United States and Australia. If we do not have your country listed on check out please contact us and we will see what can be done.

  3. Postage - We post items second class and do not grantee a delivery time frame but items usually arrive within 2 - 3 working days in the UK and 7 days international.

  4. Cancellations - Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 ("DSR"), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase(s) within 7 working days of delivery, items should be returned securely packaged and in their original condition to the address shown on the invoice. You will be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless they were delivered in error. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment. This right to cancel does not apply to un-sealed audio or video recordings or computer software. Please notify us in advance if you wish to exercise your right to cancel.

  5. Returns - If an item is found to be defective on receipt, please notify us and return it within 7 working days. We will either send a replacement or refund where no replacement is available

  6. Additional Costs - All items are sent from the UK and will, where required, include a customs form declaring the purchase price. You are responsible for any import tax or customs duties which may be payable. We reserve the right to upgrade to a more expensive shipping option than that selected at our expense for large order values.
